The approval documents are on the downloads page, and we will provide originals for your lawyer to verify.

The CDA letter of 20 September 2023 also records no objection to new electricity (IESCO) and gas (SNGPL) connections at the plot. Ask to see it before paying anything — on any project, not only this one.

Who owns the land?

The land is held by [owning entity] with clear and transferable title. Title documents are provided for independent verification before you sign anything.

Through a Roshan Digital Account, which is the simplest route for overseas Pakistanis, or by international transfer to the project account. You will need your passport, NICOP or CNIC, and evidence of the source of funds.

Can someone act on my behalf?

Yes, with a power of attorney naming them for this purpose. Signed abroad it needs attestation by the Pakistani mission in that country and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so allow a few weeks for it.

Withholding tax applies on purchase and again on sale, at different rates for filers and non-filers. Rates change with each finance act, so take independent tax advice rather than relying on a sales team for this.
